My complaint:

i was at McDonald’s drive thus and order my food and when i got to the pick food window they tell me that they didn’t have ant lettuces for the McChicken sandwich so i told them that i didn’t wanted it and then tell me that i can’t have a refund because i used my McDonald’s app for the sandwich and the young lady at the window keep telling me that they can’t refund me and the lady where you order your food cane to the front to ask me to move my car so they can wait on the next car and i told them no because they still had my bank card and the they said give her an apple pie or something and i told them i don’t want no apple pie and then i ask where was the manger the manger was leading over the counter with no help and her staff running the store. i go to that McDonald’s all the time and don’t care how they treat people because i work hard for my money and i should be able to spend it where i want to and get my food the way i order.

Suggested solution:

the manger and her staff needs customer service training because if they are working with public they need that training customer services training ( and more training. i hope yall talk to your staff. bur who knows.
