My complaint:
Ordered 3 mcribs, 20 nugget and 2 double quarter pounders. I placed order via phone and sat in designated spot until 10:30 to place final payment.I placed order right at 10:30 when lunch begins and sat in pickup spot. Got home, the meat was very cold especially in the middle, one of the double quarter pounder boxes had a single quarter pounder in it instead. And the meat was cold especially in the middle and was raw..
Suggested solution:
Instead of teaching their employees to hurry and push out the product, teach them quality. I would rather sit a few extra minutes and get food that is cooked properly than what I received. There was no reason that should of happened. It was right when the lunch time started.
