My complaint:
I visited leeds road mac donallds in huddersfield we spent £32 as a family kids e.c.t we orderd numerus meals .to then be placed in waiting bay for 8 minuits when we finaly got the food all the chips was stone cold soggy the largger big macs was just thrown together all the sauce and salad was not even on the burger it was all hanging out ov the side in the box it was a rite mess pop was like water .kids chicken nuggets was also stone cold .as a drive threw its a joke its just a case of throw it in a box ans get rid of you we are discusted totall waist of money 80% went in the bin .
I went in a week or so before to find frise sat on the side for ages going cold i orderd a large fries and a medium fries to find out there was no diffrance in size at all place is just a rip off stay clear
Suggested solution:
Make staff .look at what there making and be sure its done right .and dont leave fries on side to go limp and cold also refund me for the discusting food we got
