My complaint:
On March 19th, 2023 at 5:00 PM i went to Store 3340 to get a Fish Sandwich also had a bogo free sandwich Validation Code 9194113. The employee at the window wouldn’t accept the receipt and called her supervisor. The supervisor didn’t accept it either and I drove around, parked my car and entered the store to see what the problem was. I was immediatelya bombarded with five young black employees, one who called me Stupid, a young lad who was intimidating me by walking-up to me and smiling. I asked him what was so funny? He said I was funny.
The supervisor was getting ugly and loud, therefore, I started getting loud as well. As a Vietnam Veteran I am appalled by the antagonizing and deliberate behavior of these young brainwashed children. This, unfortunately, will get worse before it gets better and don’t think it won’t. It’s not the responsiblity of McDonald to educate these people but it is your responsibility to hire employees that do not have racial and biased attitudes toward their customers. The young so-called supervisor said she was getting on the phone to call her boyfriend to come over and remedy the situation. Was this a threat???? Very said situation for a McDonald’s store.
