My complaint:

I went thru the drive thru about 4:00 a.m. early March 18th 2023. I ordered a 3.50 Bundle with Mcdouble. When I got to the window he said cash only , $6.67.
I said No, I ordered the 3.50 bundle. He said he could not give me bundle and insisted I pay 3 dollars more in cash. Even though I got exactly what is in 3.50 bundle. So I went ahead and paid as I’d been in line for 20 minutes. I asked for receipt. But he said No receipts. System down. So I have no receipt to prove anything, they insisted cash only, charged me twice the amount they should’ve and would not provide receipt. Claiming because system down. Sounds like they scamming to me.So heads up.

Suggested solution:

Stop them from doing this in the future
