My complaint:

I parked outside in parking lot in a big truck pulling a 30 ft trailer . We had 4 kids with us an had been riding for hours heading to Brunswick Ga . The children were so hungry an ask for McDonald’s. I attempted to go inside an was stopped at the door by a lady sitting at a Table . She started the conversation rude . Our dining room is closed . She was literally sitting there eating at the door . I told her we were in a big truck with a trailer an couldn’t fit through the drive through and I wanted to order to go for them . She said you can’t order or come In our dinning room is closed . I said I thought if we couldn’t go through the drive through we could order to go . ( why even have door open I was thinking . I had just seen another lady in front of me allowed inside . ) she said we can’t take your order . I ask for the store number an told her I was gonna file a complaint. At this point she stood up an told me she didn’t care who I called to get out of her store . Then she put her hand on my shoulder to push me away . She was so very rude . I can’t even believe this happened still . I left .. I called the store an ask to speak with the manager , I told him I was upset an why . He told me dinning room was closed due to COVID . I told him I understood that . But I only wanted to get an order to go was denied that an very rudely. He said that I could’ve walked through the drive threw . I told him she didn’t even offer that to me .
I do understand this is scary times different times . My husband and myself own 4 retail stores in Ga . I would be so devastated if one of my employees treated my customers the way I was treated today .
Never have I ever argued with anyone about rules . But I do expect to be talked to with Reason Respect . We ended up traveling a few more exits down found another McDonald’s was welcomed inside to order we ate outside . I’m just so hurt that someone would treat others this way . The manager did offer the drive thru after we had left . But he himself didn’t seem very concerned .
Thank You ,

Suggested solution:

I feel like someone should call me to let me know this is not proper etiquettes with McDonald’s employees that this employee should be addressed properly trained on how to treat people .I don’t have her name . But the manager will know when he employee worked the door ( sitting ) at approx time of 7pm on 620 on Father’s Day . he should also remember me calling .
