My complaint:
My daughter Keaisha Worsham is an employee at 2700 West Broad street McDonald’s in Richmond Virginia. She has worked there for five weeks now and still wasn’t paid all of her money for her first pay period(She worked 3 weeks before pay and received $400) Her pay rate is $11 an hour and she works 8-9 hour shifts 2pm-10pm sometimes 2pm-11pm they keep her past 10pm sometimes knowing she has to catch the bus. My daughter is 16 years old as her Mother I’m speaking on her behalf. It is now time for her to get paid again and she still hasn’t received all of her money. Her first week there she worked 9 days straight, that’s more than she got paid for. Not to mention the other two weeks.
