My complaint:

IN THE PAST TWO YEARS MY WIFE AND I HAVE RECEIVED COOL AND COLD DECAF COFFEES MANY TIMES. WE HAVE WENT IN STORE AND COMPLAINED SEVERALL TIMES TO A SO CALLED MANAGER. NO CHANGES. THEY WILL USUALLY MAKE A NEW POT AND EITHERWE HAVE TO WAIT. THEN IT IS HOT. LAST WEEK MY WIFE TOOK HERS IN AND A GIRL POURED THE CUP OUT OF COLD POT. WE TRIED AGAIN TODAY. AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW I COULD NOT FEEL HEAT ON THE CUPS. HOW COME THE GIRL DID NOT FEEL THE COLD CUP..HAVE THE POT ON A BURNER!

Suggested solution:

HAVE DECAF COFFEE POT ON A BURNER LIKE REGULAR COFFEE OR STOP SELLING DECAF COFFEE. WE LIKE MCDONALD'S COFFEE WHEN IT IS HOT.
