My complaint:
My wife and I used to eat here every day and sometimes twice. We always order large meals. When we get to the window they try to hand us medium! I say large, they look baffled and ask large? yes but you ordered a meal, and all meals are medium. This happens every day once in a great while they get it right. 2 out of 10 times.
Then we had an issue where the filet o fish were burnt completely through!!! Had to go inside and they gave me another burnt one! I wouldnt leave until I got a correctly cooked one then the filet is always 34 off the buns and tarter sauce all over the place in the box!!
Sometimes I have to ask at the order kiosk please DO NOT BURN THE FILET!! Then it helps sometimes.
We have to wait and inspect the food and the drinks because several times we get Dr. Pepper in place of Coke or Diet Coke. Too many time one of the two lanes is closed and we wait 30-40 minutes they say because they are short people.
There are several bullet holes in the drive thru signs
