My complaint:
Cindy was rude nasty and direct ful to customers and employees. Dropped bags of food down while walking away and yelling out number. Yelled at cashier in front of customer’s. I had to wait for 12 hour for my food and when II got it it was still wrong. The only good thing at this visit was the cashier. She was pleasant wiped down tables she apologized for the manager when I made comment in front of her a out the managers rudeness. Cindy needs a new job or needs to be demoted. You should send a secret shopper. What I witnessed in the time I had to wait for my order was atrocious.
Suggested solution:
Demote Cindy. No manager should treat employees or costumers in such away.
