My complaint:

While in the drive-thru, I attempted to place my order and was cut off by the employee. The other drive-thru line passed several other cars and there was no response to my order. I proceeded to the first window and told them no one took my order. My order was taken and I asked for a receipt since they failed to provide me one. I was told the next window would be able to provide me with one.

I reached the second window and I was handed a drink that was not mine. I was told to go to the third window to receive my order and I denied that request since my order is always incorrect if I proceed to the third window.

Eventually I an older Hispanic female threw my order at me and did not say a word. I asked for ketchup and the same female slammed the ketchup in my hand.

I asked for my receipt since I was not provided one. Another younger Hispanic female came to the window and I asked for my receipt again. This female told me to go to the third window again which I denied. Several minutes later, this female came back threw the receipt at me, and told me not to come back and to leave. I asked for her name and she stated why. I told her I was going to file a complaint against her and she told me I don’t have to give you my name.

I told the female that I wanted to speak with a manager and the female told me no and to leave. She closed the sliding door of the window and did not open it back up. I waited for several more minutes and no one came to the window to address my concerns with how this business is operating.

I feel as a Caucasian male, that I was targeted and was denied to speak with a supervisor or a manager due to my skin color. I never raised my voice or used foul language. I was polite and asked for services that I paid for and attempted to correct this complaint with the manager but I was denied this service as well.

The way this business is being operated and owned is horrific with how the employees treat people.

Suggested solution:

McDonald's should be ashamed of the service that this restaurant has served. The employee should be terminated and have comments on her personnel record that she discriminated against a race and is not able to communicate with the public.
