My complaint:
We ordered a McDonalds today for tea and was disappointed by the fact we ordered a cheeseburger and it came with no burger! All we got was the bun, cheese and sauce. None of your staff let us know that there was no burger on therethat they had none left. I saw other people leave with a burger on theirs, so why wasn’t mine the same? We have tweeted you and expect a response on both platforms.
Suggested solution:
We expect a refund for this since you didn't tell us or offer us the opportunity to resolve this, the photo proof is on our tweet.
