My complaint:
Ordered two dinner boxes they were disgusting and I called and the lady said she would refund my money on my card I asked her politely and nicely and she said no problem she was rude though and she said it would take 12 hours to go back on my card I have yet to see it and that was on September 5th I have sent them several messages no reply
Suggested solution:
I just want my money that's all I paid 40 some odd dollars for two boxes and I want my money I'll never go to that McDonald's again
