My complaint:

I arrived @ drive-thru @ 1050.Got to order @ 1104 @ was told bkfst. stopped. I asked for mgr. She came said she will see if they have what I wanted.In the meantime driver in other line was ordering pancakes with no problems.I wanted 2 lg.coffes(2 for $2.oo) I was told that was bkfst item I could not get them. I was in line 21 min.before I got my sandwiches no coffee. In my opinion coffee should have served anyway. I was in lane that I was unable to get out. I was extremely unsatisfied.

Suggested solution:

Served the coffee,even though it was 1102 had been in line for 12 min.
