McDonalds complaint: Continually Poor Service

My complaint:

I made a mistake this afternoon by Going to McDonald’s. I placed. I was very specific as to what I wanted on this order of 2 Cheeseburgers, I requested no ketchup no onions add bustard and Mayo. When I picked up the order I asked the girl in the window about the order She replied the order is correct. When I went to eat the yo cheeseburgers I found ketchup and onions on there which I did not ask for, It is very obvious that they don’t listen to one orders are placed their customer service sucks I had to get back in line to go get what I asked for then I asked to talk to the manager. What I talk to the manager he spoke very poor English I told him what the probable as and he said he’d look into it, This is the standard answer all I get is lip service in I’m finished With poor service in and continually the same excuse. This is a going problem and never gets resolved. I will not be patronizing your restaurants anytime in the future.
