My complaint:
I went for breakfast with boyfriend on 1610 (Friday) around 7.40am . I just wish to go enjoy my breakfast with boyfriend to end my tough weeks …but already spoiled my mood when weekend is near . I didn’t know that we need to queue first before take a seat , I just thought while my bf queue for food order and I wanted to find seat inside . But ur staff Andi (assistant manager) was shout on me , I was shock that how come a assistant manager can shout on client … I also in service line , attitude is very important towards client . I just wish if there any misunderstanding can talk nicely explain nicely instead of shout someone who doesn’t know what’s the procedure …. it’s really bad day for me !!!
