My complaint:
Ordered a chicken salad today at the Durban North Outlet and was told by the order taker that they had run out of stock since last week .
Then approached the manager who told me that they had stopped making chicken salads since last year despite it still being advertised , he then proceeded to tell me that he could make one for me if I wanted.
Two different answers from the employees on duty within minutes of each other at the same store .
On looking around the store and the surrounding area , it was evident why this sore was disfunctional and certainly not upholding the Macdonalds brand. The screen which displays the collection and progress of orders was also not working , to this the manager said it had been out for a while due to the airconding unit leaking water into the system. The exterior of the store was filthy with packaging lying around .
Disgusting ! Poor show from Macdonalds
Suggested solution:
The organisation must decide that.
