My complaint:
Complained about cold food over phone and was abused by staff member ( think it was manager) and told if I didn’t like the food ( then an inappropriate swear word was used )ff and had phone put down on me . I am absolutely furious at being spoken to like this there was no attempt to resolve the issue only abuse thrown down the phone !!! Working in retail myself I know this is totally unacceptable and in no way should have happened After spending 25 pounds on an order that was cold and not up to standard I think I was well within my rights to put in a complaint and do not expect to be spoken to in this way
Suggested solution:
Staff member needs to be retrained on how to deal with a complaint !!! And I expect an apology and some sort of compensation for the way I was spoken to !!!!
