My complaint:
Cold Big Macs x2 ,Burnt toffee apple pie , no chocolate in chocolate milk shake ,completely ignored when I tried to change my food .reastaurant was absolute chaos lots of people waiting ,This is the third time I have tried to enjoy McDonald’s but Epsom and Leatherhead seem to have a problem with food temperatures .That’s it for me now never again will I venture into your establishments and waste any more of my hard earned cash on your substandard food .what’s gone wrong ,at one time Mac Donald’s was reliably good last 3 occasions I have tried in the hopes that it had improved sadly not !!
Suggested solution:
When my food is hot and staff are helpful and don’t look straight through you
