McDonalds complaint: Cold food half empty coffee

My complaint:

After waiting a long time fir my food I thought it was because they where cooking it fresh but after peering through and seeing all I was waiting for was my coffee to be made it was disgusting service ! I sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting and luckily it was late and no one else about or it would have caused a traffic jam . When I eventually got my order the double bigmc meal was almost cold and I thought my coffee was feeling a bit light so I opened it up and it was just under half full !!!!! Not only do I get cold food but also mt coffee is not right !! I drive straight onto the motorway after receiving my food and only discovered this while driving to my next job or id have turned around and gave it all back demanding a refund ! I hope no one else has this trouble at lakeside drive through as this is not the 1st time this has happened it seams to me this must be happening alot .ive even ordered food and been charged for food I didn’t even order before ! I honestly don’t know why I use this place because of the grief I have off them but its the only mc ds I drive past for when I’m working and I don’t like KFC or burger King

Suggested solution:

Id like them to give me a voucher to justify my loss and to try and sort their staff out . Dont give their customers half the coffee ive paid for and give me hot food and not make me wait so long on a regular basis .some of their staff have trouble understanding English when ordering too !
