My complaint:

I visited the above McDonalds this afternoon and was really disappointed with my meal. Due to covid etc it’s been well over 14mths since I last visited.

I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food and when it came, I noticed my drink cup wasn’t properly filled, french fries seemed a lot less than usual and my big mac burger was almost cold. I also thought I was over charged and checked with the counter staff. My meal came to £5.27. I was disappointed.
