My complaint:
I placed an order on the McDonalds iPhone app for pickup at the Chesapeake Beach MD McDonalds. I placed the order and went to the McDonald’s. When I arrived (within 5 minutes after I ordered) I was told they were closed (it was 10 p.m. and the app shows this location is open until 11:45 pm. So the app processed my charge but the restaurant refused to serve me the food. So I contacted McDonald’s and they told me that they would forward my complaint to the franchise but it has been 3 days and I haven’t heard from anyone. So now billion dollars McDonald’s is stealing customers money.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund.
