My complaint:
Every week, I order 10 medium coffees with 8 creams and 8 Equals. This time, all 10 coffees were completely BLACK, and a whole inch from the mark to fill the cup. So I paid $12.55 for 2/3s full cups of BLACK coffees. I want my money back or 10 complimentary full cups of medium coffees with 8 cream and 8 Equals.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back ($12.55) or 10 free medium coffees with 8 cream and 8 Equals.
