My complaint:
First they make me wait before I can order, I’m the only one in the drive thru then I get up to the window to get my order and she gives me my tea and tells me to pull up and they will bring it to me . I only ordered a sweet tea and a mocha frappe. There’s no costumers in the store and only one car behind me! She finally brings it out and it’s the wrong kind, so I have to wait longer! I wasted my break time trying to get something to drink! It’s not the first time this has happened!!
Suggested solution:
