My complaint:

Ordered thru app, pull to drive thru, rudely asked what do u want? I said I had a mobile order, pull to window. No one at window, second window young man ask me what I ordered and I asked him for a receipt, he brings back women says she’s the manager and the receipt machine is broke, when I questioned how could I get my needed receipt she said I could not. I asked her name and she refused and walked away, I still have no food. Young man comes back, what did you have. I tell him, comes back holds a bag close to the window and says here. I asked what was it and he said what you ordered. I had to reach for the bag and was missing a fry, he had walked away and the window was empty, I honked my horn to get someone’s attention and she comes over and told me to leave, I askeD for my fry and she walks away, I honk again, finally a young women gets my fry. In the mean time I can see the young man laughing at me along w the manager.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They need to get people that do the job they are paid for. This is not the first time this location has messed up. I have been to any times w the young man and h3vis alway rude. I have to ask for my receipt every time and have gotten other people’s before. I wast my money back and an apology. Some needs to come in and clean this location up.
