My complaint:
I went to McDonald’s today April 10, 2024 and I went to the keyosk to place an order I went to pay for my order and the card reader was down so I pressed th assistance button I stood there and waited for at least 15 minutes or so and noone showed up to help there was atleast 4 employees knew that i was waiting 2 of them walked right by me and never offered to help needless to say I walked out and I will never go back this is very poor customer service and very disrespectful
