My complaint:
Ok every time I go to this mcdonald’s it doesn’t matter what time of day or night they always tell me they are cleaning there machine but I went to McDonald’s in the morning and got told they was cleaning it so I went later that afternoon same person that was working that morning was still working and they said they was cleaning the machine it was like 4 hours later and I have gone several days and every time I ask for a frappe they tell me the same thing even though I know it only takes one hour to clean and a couple of times I went and asked for one after telling me it’s been cleaned I could hear the person laughing as if they new that they was lien to me and was laughing at me plus the knight person is very rude
Suggested solution:
Fire the people that is rude and the ones that don\'t like to make frappes and always says it\'s been cleaned
