My complaint:
So I deliver food for doordash I visited the store twice in one night because of the orders that were coming in. The first visit was fine. The second visit is where the nightmare began. As soon as I come into the store I left the lady at the counter know that I’m waiting on two orders from doordash she immediately yells at me and says you got a problem!! I was very shocked at this moment and she said in such a threatening way and staring me in the face very closely. I told her I have two orders and I’m waiting on the orders that’s it. She continues to yell obscenities to me and stand there and does nothing as all the customers behind me were waiting for their order she was doing absolutely nothing but yelling at me and making no sanities and I was trying to get her to calm down. But then I realized that there was no common her down so I told her you need to get back to work and get the customer orders out maybe you can talk and work at the same time. She didn’t care she wanted to say everything to me that she can possibly say and I don’t even know this lady she doesn’t know me and she’s attacking me so and she got into my face I thought she was going to come around the counter top and physically attack me.
So and she realized that she’s got tons of orders just to get out and people are waiting as I said she started getting the orders so I waited but then I’m still waiting in the two ladies on the left who can speak Spanish to her told her that I’m just waiting for doordash I have two orders. She turns around grabs the bags and throws them at me.. and then that’s what I told her I said you’re crazy you are crazy and then I started to leave and she says I call the police I said then call the police so when I started getting my car she instigated other customers which is one lady who was a customer to go and spy on me and record her with her video. Some lady that had nothing to do with it got involved the other people did not. So I started recording her and then also and then I call the police and told them that after she realized that I did nothing wrong she decided to call the police just because she lost an argument. In the middle of that I try to ask her where is her name tag and what is her name she refused to give me her name but yet she wants to call the police??? This is horrible behavior it should not be happening with a McDonald’s employees where customers feel like they’re under a threat by the employee. She’s bad for the community and she should not be working at that place in my opinion for someone who just comes in and is delivering food for McDonald’s with doordash to be attacked for no reason just saying that he’s waiting for an order as soon as I walk in. Is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s
Suggested solution:
I would be happy when she is fired from that store so that I can continue delivering the food without feeling like I'm under threat for my safety.
