Complaint: A very disappointing breakfast experience

My complaint:

This morning we took our Grandson to breakfast at McDonalds Broadbeach. The tables were not wiped down and the store appeared to be very understaffed. I ordered at 11:22am. I ordered a Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal with Sprite, a small crispy chicken wrap and specified with Aioli barbeque sauce, with no lettuce, a Sprite soft drink, Hotcakes and a Senior free flat white coffee. After about five minutes the girl told me they had no Hotcakes and she could offer me muffins or doughnuts. I asked for a Bacon and Egg McMuffin instead. I waited over twenty minutes and was given a Sausage Egg McMuffin with a dried out and overcooked piece of sausage, and a Bacon and Egg McMuffin with a small dried out piece of overcooked bacon. The chicken wrap had lettuce, tomato and aioli and no barbeque sauce (even though we paid extra for the barbeque sauce. My Grandson always asks for no lettuce and was disappointed that he had to pull off the lettuce and two slices of tomato. I paid $5.30 for the Hotcakes and the Bacon Egg McMuffin was only $4.35. There were no napkins in the order at all. I asked the manager for the refund of the difference and she gave me $1 back. She said next time I come she will give me the meal we had for free and it will be fresh. I told her we won’t be coming back again. She was filling in at that store but said she would send the manager an email. This was the most disappointing trip to McDonalds in 25 years of regular McDonalds’ visits.

Suggested solution:

As we won't be going back to that store ever I would like a refund or vouchers for McDonalds to the value of $26.35. I do have the receipt in my possession.
