My complaint:

I went into a line to order food, I said hello 5 times and no one answered, the screens on both lanes were off and no one answered to me. I proceeded into the cashiers window hoping to order from there. Once I explained what has happened the gentleman at the window threatened to call the police on me instead of serving me. This is the most horrible service I have gotten in my life. I believe such personnel should be fired on the spot, terrible attitude and treatment of a customer. I will file a lawsuit if I don’t hear apologies from this business. I will continue posting and telling everyone about hew terrible this Macdonald’s branch is.
