My complaint:
I ordered a big mac and fries, large coke and a mcflurry at 18:56. Did not receive my order until 19:29. The fries were solid cold and the burger wasn’t far off that I took one bite and was chucked in the bin. The drink and mcflurry was made and was sat on top of the shelf for at least 15 minutes before it was handed to me. At that point it was like milk. I also did not receive any monopoly stickers on any of my items.
Suggested solution:
I complained in store and basically got pushed to one side because they were so busy. It would be nice to actually receive what I ordered in the first place to the standard expected. Its my local McDonald's and will not be going there any more if this cannot be rectified. I'd also advise others not to go there as the customer service was appalling
