My complaint:
Visited local McCallisters to use a gift card that we received- when checking out the cashier said I’m sorry our system can’t take those right now, asked if there was anything they can do- said no sorry you can just pay the full amount, funny they didn’t have any issues taking my debit card. Just very tacky we get penalized for an issue that McCallisters is having- very poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
If they would have either taken our gift card and entered it later or maybe even said we will take 20% off your meal due to the inconvenience would have been nice
