My complaint:
order 12384858175340544 placed 9122, never received, cancelled by DoorDash driver Ticket ID 1613640 Have talked to manager at North Hills (1012) who states DoorDash should credit the $27.78 charges However DoorDash states McAlister’s should refund charges since order placed thru McAlister’s website I have spent over 6 hours with McAlister’s manager and DoorDash trying to get the charges refunded It doesn’t matter to me who refunds my $27.78 Right now I never want to do business with McAlisters (whether online or in person) or DoorDash. I feel they don’t care and just passing the buck, Would appreciate help getting this resolved today
