McAlisters Deli complaint: Total Joke in all aspects

My complaint:

I ordered tableside within the app. I would like to mention I eat here at least once a month, and pretty well know the style, portion sizes, quality etc…So when we arrive, I check in with the lady at the register, courtesy “we are here, ordered abcdefg” So she brings out my daughter and I food. My daughter ordered max n chz with the side as extra max n chz. One bowl is great, the other bowl is hard, old, gross. Then my food was completely someone else’s order. I take it back to the counter and explained that I didn’t order this, and she apologizes and I explain what I ordered and showed her on my table side app order receipt. Then she brings out the correct order ‘French dip and a plain potato with chili (pick 2)’ the sandwhich had one piece of roast beef and a small half of a piece (about a 3rd of what I get 99% of the other times) and the potato was plain. I explained to her I ordered chili, paid extra for chili, and needed chili. So I give her my plain baked potato and they put maybe a tablespoon’ish of chili on the potato ( maybe like 13 of a scoop). Then I addressed her regarding the sandwhich was all bread, and barely any chili on the potato (remember I eat here 1-2 times a month). Then she brings me another sandwhich with even less roast beef than the first one. Finally I just get up and leave; having already paid in the app, and no recourse. My daughter didn’t eat the had stale bowl of Mac n chz, but did eat the one that was reasonably fresh. WHAT A JOKE! And way to lose a reasonably consistent customer….

Suggested solution:

A refund would be a good start, staff training on portion sizing (stop being lazy to refill materials), and maybe a “I’m sorry”
