My complaint:
when I placed my order for a NewYorker with an EXTRA PICKLE I cleary repeated the extra pickle because they always forget it
When I picked the order up I asked once again did you remember the extra pickle Looked in the bag and didn’t see it when I told the women she said it was wrapped up in the sandwich which to my surprise there was no pickle!! I guess she has no clue or communication with the kitchen
As a result I am done with this store and to top it off there was a sewer smell in the store this was on Sat. 8/12/2023 around 7-7;30pm
Suggested solution:
better communication with the kitchen and taking orders
The dinning area shouldn't have been open with that sewer gas smell!!
