My complaint:
We go to McAlisters often because of menu selection and consistency in food quality and taste. However, the overall experience that “used to be “ just hasn’t revived.
Service-Excellent
Food-tasty BUT salad was well below normal in serving size
Chili-Served in cardboard cup
Utensils-PLASTIC
Food items have always tasted great. But when serving size is skimpy, chili served in cardboard, and given plastic utensils … well, something needs attention. We did request metal utensils and were told they were not available.
Suggested solution:
Management needs to pay attention to retaining McAlisters reputation.
Consistently serving portions, use non-paper dish ware, and provide metal utensils.
