My complaint:
I went into their restaurant yesterday to order food, my cousin works there as well but had the day off, the young lady that helped me apparently doesn’t get along with my cousin ( her co worker) she was rude and nasty and down right unacceptable to me as a customer paying full price ( never used a family discount the many times ive been there) and so it left a sour taste in. my mouth so I cackled after I left and spoke to the manager about the situation who was there for the incident and agreed she could feel hostility in the interaction. I told her how it makes me uncomfortable to go back int here because of this an how I didnt appreciate how she treated her customer. She apologized and said her employee was out of line and would handle it. The manager informed the GM ( she had the day off) of the incident and the GM is apparently friends with the rude employee. Fast forward to today the GM talked yo my cousin about it today ( my cousin works there) and told my cousin Well do you think it’s because she was being racist ? She is insinuating that I was being racist to the rude employee ( she is African American), because that’s just her tone not it was not her tone it was her attitude. Not once did I say a word to that employee other than give her my other and tell her thank you regardless how rude she was and then I spoke to the manager on the phone about the incident and even referred to her as the young lady that helped me race has nothing to do with this other then the fact that your employee was hateful, rude, nasty and inappropriate and disrespectful. They are pulling a race card to keep her from being in trouble and because they are friends. Down right, absolutely uncalled for, employees should NEVER speak to their customers the way she spoke to me. Disciplinary actions should have been taken and race shouldn’t have been brought up, the cop out and nerve of this younger generation for them to think they can treat people how they want with no consequences is absolutely delusional.
Suggested solution:
They need to investigate the employee Frandorie and the GM Felicity at that location for how they acted and their response to a formal complaint for how the employee treated a customer
