My complaint:
Order 18460092011315208
I placed a pickup order and it included 2 brownies. Neither were in the order. I called the Magee McAllisters and they told me they could not refund me because they couldn’t find my name in the system. Every single box had my name printed on it so that makes no sense to me.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back.
