My complaint:
The food was not edible. When I tried to get the ONE waitress to help, I could not get her attention. Then when I tried to complete the online survey about my experience, it said that someone had already completed the survey for that ticket.
I’ll bet whoever completed the survey said that everything was great.
Suggested solution:
Check up on who is completing the surveys. It seems that if there were many complaints about that restaurant that someone has come up with the idea of completing surveys before the real customer can do so.
It sounds silly, but there seems to be no other explanation.
