My complaint:

Today I visited the McCallisters Location in Pooler, Ga. This is a normal lunch visit for me as myself and my co workers truly enjoy eating here multiple times a week. However, this specific visit I was not treated with any type of respect. I arrived to the location to pick up my order, there were no customers at the counter at the time, only myself. There were three employees at the time behind the counter. Two young ladies were behind the counter, and an Adult manager. One young lady went in the back, and the second young lady was working really hard bringing food out to the guest dining inside. However I was standing at the counter for several, several moments as the manager walked by me approximately 6 times, and never acknowledged my existence. She proceeded to never make eye contact me, nor ask me what I needed. Finally, the young lady working hard running food asks me did I need assistance and she happily gave me my order. I was given my order and proceeded to leave to my car. I realized I wanted to add a lemonade, I was hesitant to turn around because of the way I was just treated. However I turned around anyways and went back to the counter. The manager again, walking back and forth consistently behind the counter, refusing to make eye contact with me to assist me in any way. I am still the only customer at the counter and she is making zero effort to see what else I needed. I finally said “excuse me” and she barely looks up at me and finally decided to help me. No apologies, or any type of acknowledgement was made throughout my entire visit from this manager. I did not get her name, but I am very shocked and upset at her behavior. Especially being that I eat here multiple times a week on lunch break.

Suggested solution:

I only enjoy genuine, pure interactions, therefore it is far too late for an apology as it would not be genuine. I just want to be acknowledged in a place of business where I always am! I work in customer service, and I will always believe if people interaction or having solid social skills isn’t up your ally, you should not be working there.
