My complaint:
I have been a McAlister’s customer for years, including this particular location. I’m a big a fan of their sandwiches and of course their tea. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order, but this is probably the most egregious. We ordered two sandwiches and the nacho basket with extra cheese so that we could share. It came with no cheese of course. Both of our sides of potato salad tastes like they had been sitting out for a long time. Worst of all though, my girlfriend, who is a vegetarian, bit into her Veggie Sandwich and found bacon on it. Inexcusable. This place has gotten so sloppy. They are an embarrassment towards a great franchise. I just hope the right people get fired at some point so that it can be fixed. We used to love eating here.
Suggested solution:
Our meal was over 30 dollars. We are night shift nurses at the hospital in Springfield. Our lives are challenging enough without having to waste money on terrible food. For starters, it would be nice to get a refund, but I certainly don't expect it.
The main thing I want is for the service to improve.
