My complaint:
I had a 25% off we bought, 2 Choose 2, with 2 tea. $10.29 and $10.29 and 2 sweet tea, $3.19 and $3.19 with peach shot .90 cents. They gave us -$3.35 McAlisters Rewards. Subtotal was $24.51 plus sales tax $2.21, dine in total $26.73. 25% off should have been at least $5.39 cents on the entree and 2 drinks. We were allotted $3.35 only. My math should be correct. Please explain and remit to me my difference. Other than the difference of the 25% discount the food was good. We talked to the manager on duty. She was helpful but could not explain the difference in credit off. We were in there at 1:10 pm today, 9/22/23. They appeared to be 1 person short of having enough staff. The lady before us waited 45 minutes. We got our food before she did. That’s not good business!
Suggested solution:
25% is 25% , send me a credit please. Wife loves McAlisters, this location needs 1 more lady on the counter and discounts should be as stated. Thank you for any feedback. The Mansfield Road location in Shreveport is our usual location to go to. They have really helpful ladies on the front counter and are always helpful with my wife when she needs help with earning her points. I hope this gets a response from someone of authority.
