My complaint:

I have contacted McAfee at least 4 times via chat and explained I live with brain damage and chronic PTSD and need to communicate in writing. I have already spoken to two representatives on phone and I become very upset because they have attitude and it is a lot foe me to verbally explain the issues. Here is what I last sent them about an hour ago.

I have contacted your chat numerous times about the same situation. I have a subscription for LiveSafe since 2019. For some reason in 2022 I added Premium Individual Plan and it auto renewed and I have been billed a total of $52.46 and $158.99 to my cards.

I never used any additional McAfee service I have one laptop. Will you please refund my cards and cancel all subscription except the LiveSafe that expires in early 2024. I have brain damage from a very bad car accident along with chronic PTSD I can email or fax any proof you need to prove everything.

Suggested solution:

They should refund my $158.99 and cancel subscription I never wanted this. I told them I have brain dmage and I was going through a very bad time with my son being abused in group home for autism. But I never used this service. They should also refund the intial payment of $52.46 as I never used this. You can see by my screen shots
