I am Agnes Techer from Mauritius. I tried several time to unsubscribe from McAfee several times and I thought this was done as my payment for renewal on the 20th April was cancelled 5 times.
Unfortunately the payment of GBP 79.99 finally was done on Friday 5 May without my approval (ref of payment: Bonjour,
Je suis Agnes Techer de L’ile Maurice. J’ai essayé de me désabonner de McAfee plusieurs fois et pour moi c’était chose faite car le paiement de renouvellement le 20 avril a été annulé 5 fois.
Malheureusement le paiement de GBP 79.99 est passé le vendredi 5 mai sans mon accord (Invoice number: CS3267095669).
I no longer use my ASUS computer for one year now and I no longer need a MCAFEE antivirus.
Could you please consider my complaint and ask for a reimbursement?
I cannot call form Mauritius as no phone number exist locally and online it does not work at all.
