Maybelline complaint: Instant Rewind Eraser

My complaint:

I have purchased three Eraser products in the last year and NONE have worked. Absolutely NOTHING comes out. On the bottom is 160 and then 20UD01.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be reimbursed for the three products purchased.
