My complaint:
I purchased an eyeliner from our Gallup NM Walmart. I opened it to use it but it would not go on smooth and I sharpen the pencil and no led was there so I kept sharpening until it was very small and I seen the led. I am very disappointed with your product and how much this product was to begin with.
Suggested solution:
I believe if your not going to stand by your products as to how it is to be use than you need to think of other solutions to make it right.
