Second time trying your product: Maybelline tattoo studio,gel pencil liner-crayon gel.
Thought maybe you have changed this product enabling to sharpen. The outside is hard as a rock and the inside is super soft. Never able to sharpen as when bought due to this. See picture below and please don’t tell me I’m doing it wrong! I’ve tried everything…
