My complaint:

Good Day, I personally have 2 complaints. I have been shopping at this Maxi for several years now ever since it was built. This particular Saturday I presented myself to the Self Check Out which I have been using ever since the were installed, just to be told that I was not allowed to use these cashes. I politely asked Why Can’t I and for what reason” the cashier replied because I had more than 20 items in my cart. I asked her since when had this rule been implemented because I had never been turned away with a full cart before. She replied ‘Since Ever’. So, I proceeded into going to wait in a long line on a Saturday afternoon with only 2 Cashes open. I have to admit I later did see a sign above the Self Check Out cashes with this new rule which I’m assuming was recently installed. The owners must have a good reason for changing these rules yet, I’m hoping that they will open and have more cashes open. My second reason for writing is that there was not 1 plastic bag in the vegetable/fruit dept. So, personally everyone shopping including myself had corn/ tomatoes, peppers etc in their carts or carrying them in their hands not in bags. This is inappropriate and unacceptable. I hope something will be done. Thanks, Unhappy customer.

Suggested solution:

Well, like I said since I will no long be able to use Self Check Out with a full cart....open more cashes especially on busy Days and times. It still doesn't make sense to me that customers with full cart can't use the Self Check Out. Please have plastic bags in site in the fruit/vegetable sections.
