My complaint:
Elderly customers forced to use self checkout! Manager said there were 6 cashes available but they were self checkout only.
Elderly customers, many of whom pay with cash, absolutely need a cashier!!! A group of us old ladies waited until she finally decided to help us.
This is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
There should always be ONE cash available.
