My complaint:
I am a regular customer of Maxi address situated at – 6825 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3S 2B6, but today have a very worst experience with the Cash staff and Manager at the store. His name is Dominique that’s what he told me and he was talking in a very harsh way to me. There was a product which I wanted to buy and was on a special deal, but somehow the product was not available and the guy working in the aisle section told me to get a Rain Check for the same from the Customer Desk but the lady working over there that we cannot issue it and gave me vague reasons, and the manager working over there said that this is our price and we can put anything so we will not give you. That’s a very poor experience from your staff, I want you to take stringent actions against the staff as they were very bad to me. This is how you treat your customers. Don’t ever think of to come here but situations made me to come here.
